Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a driven and proactive graduate to join our team in London. You will assist on the asset and investment management of a diverse, pan-European portfolio of office, industrial, and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) assets, requiring involvement across the full asset lifecycle from development to operations through to strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced investment environment.
At present, the operational assets within the portfolio include offices, industrial, and PBSA property in the UK; and three PBSA schemes across Germany and Austria.
You will work towards your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) in tandem with your day job to achieve the MRICS qualification. We can offer short secondments with some of the larger real estate advisory firms to ensure you gain a well-rounded experience and best prepare you for qualifying as a chartered surveyor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to and implement ESG and other strategies to ensure compliance and best performance of each asset.
  • Ensure regulatory and risk management compliance across portfolio operations.
  • Liaise regularly with tenants (with guidance from senior colleagues).

PBSA / Coliving property

  • General asset management of PBSA assets with a hands-on approach.

  • Work closely with facilities and property managers to improve efficiency and financial performance of each asset.

  • Assist with annual revaluations of the portfolio.
