JOB DESCRIPTION:

AMCS is seeking a dedicated Graduate Sustainability and ESG Specialist to support our sustainability strategy. This role will report directly to the Head of Sustainability and will be instrumental in driving our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee ESG reporting, manage sustainability initiatives, and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.

• ESG Reporting and Data Analysis: Support the preparation of ESG reports and collect, analyze, and track sustainability data to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Sustainability Initiative Coordination: Assist in the coordination and implementation of sustainability initiatives and ensure alignment with AMCS’s sustainability objectives, while engaging with internal and external stakeholders to promote these efforts.
• Compliance and Risk Support: Monitor compliance with sustainability regulations and assist in managing associated risks.
• Training and Policy Development: Help design and deliver training programs for employees on sustainability practices and support the development and implementation of sustainability policies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to integrate sustainability principles into business operations effectively.
