  This is a salaried, full-time position, and an ideal route into teaching for graduates who are ready to begin a rewarding career in education.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• A recent graduate (any discipline considered)
• Minimum of Grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths
• A strong interest in education and working with children
• A committed, reflective, and enthusiastic approach to learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A desire to train and grow into a fully qualified primary teacher
  This is a brilliant stepping stone into the teaching profession – particularly for those seeking real experience, professional development, and a direct route to QTS without going through a university-based PGCE.
