WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for graduates who:

• Have (or are predicted) a 2:2 or above in their degree
• Hold GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (A*-C)
• Are positive, confident, and approachable
• Work well as part of a team
• Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Can motivate and inspire students
• Are flexible, organised, and keen to learn

YOUR ROLE

• Be part of a wider national graduate network gaining practical experience in schools
• Support students during lessons, in small groups, and in 1:1 sessions
• Help prepare and set up activities
• Work closely with class teachers to support learning and progress
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
