We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to support our primary school students and inspire the next generation of learners.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and pupils across various subjects and age groups. You will help create a positive and engaging learning environment, working with individual students, small groups, or full classes as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Provide one-to-one or small-group support to students who need additional help
• Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt learning materials accordingly
• Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and administrative tasks
• Supervise students during break times, outings, and extracurricular activities
• Foster a love of learning and encourage student participation
