About the Role
These are long-term opportunities, offering experience in a range of secondary schools in Rochdale. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide academic and pastoral support to students, assisting in the creation of an engaging and positive learning environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and provide additional help to students, either individually or in small groups.
• Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) or behavioural challenges to reach their full potential.
• Build strong, positive relationships with students to foster engagement and enthusiasm for learning.
• Act as a mentor and role model, providing guidance and encouragement to students.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a high standard of support is delivered across the school.
