We are offering a full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant role in a respected primary school in Watford. This position is ideal for aspiring teachers who want to build experience in the classroom before pursuing a teacher training programme or PGCE.

Responsibilities

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS - GRADUATE TEACHING ASSISTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - GRADUATE TEACHING ASSISTANT

  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing the classroom
  • Work with small groups and individual pupils to support learning
  • Assist with behaviour management and classroom organisation
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to planning and assessment where appropriate
