• Supporting students in small groups or 1:1 sessions to boost academic confidence
• Assisting teachers with creative, engaging lesson delivery across various subjects
• Helping manage behaviour and build a calm, focused learning environment
• Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN), making learning accessible for all
• Assisting with lesson prep, classroom organisation, and school-wide activities
