GRADUATE ACADEMIC COACH - LEOMINSTER, HEREFORDSHIRE

Step Into Teaching is working in partnership with a vibrant and welcoming secondary school in Leominster, Herefordshire, currently seeking motivated graduates to join their team as Graduate Academic Coaches for the full 2025/26 academic year.
While we’re especially keen to hear from STEM specialists (Maths & Science), graduates from other subject areas are also warmly encouraged to apply. If you’re enthusiastic about education and eager to make a difference, this could be the ideal first step on your journey.

• Supporting students in class, particularly in your subject area
• Leading 1:1 and small group interventions to boost student progress
• Collaborating with the SEN team to support pupils with EHCPs and additional needs
• Planning and delivering engaging intervention activities
• Providing vital pastoral support, helping students thrive emotionally and academically
• Working closely with teachers and external professionals to track and support pupil development
