Pay: £88 – £100 per day (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Full-time, long-term

Are you a graduate looking to start a career supporting young people? A specialist secondary SEMH school in Havant is seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to work with pupils aged 11–16 who face social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.

• Work closely with teachers to support students in and out of lessons
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs
• Help pupils regulate behaviour and develop social/emotional skills
• Deliver interventions that build resilience, teamwork, and confidence
• Create strong, consistent relationships to support long-term progress
