Responsibilities

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll support students across a range of subjects and abilities. You will work closely with classroom teachers, either as a general TA within the classroom or providing 1:1 support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN). These needs may be physical, emotional, or social in nature.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting students in lessons to help them achieve their academic goals
  • Delivering small-group or one-on-one intervention sessions
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
