What you'll do: Trade a wide variety of financial instruments Proactively manage positions and pricing across multiple products Monitor trading algorithms and provide feedback to developers on areas of improvement Devise new, innovative ways to tune trading parameters to increase desk profitability Work across the entire organization to improve systems and overall firm performance Qualifications and skills: In your final year of study pursuing a BS/MS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, Physics, or related field Exceptional attention to detail Excellent quantitative and analytical skills Ability to take on many responsibilities quickly with a high degree of operational excellence Strong python programming skills
