Key Responsibilities: * Assist in managing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures. * Ensure the branch is audit-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements. * Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints professionally. * Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently. * Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve branch goals. * Support branch staff in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. * Supervise, mentor, and develop branch staff. * Assist in monitoring and managing branch budgets and financial performance. * Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data. * Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks within the branch. Skills and Experience * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. * Strong leadership and management skills. * Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is an added advantage.
