RECRUITMENT FOR GRADUATE TRAINEE CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (TRAINING FOR ACA QUALIFICATION)

We are looking for individuals to join our team of reliable approachable and proactive accountants who will do more than just respond to business needs, but rather also work alongside businesses to help them succeed and grow.
We are currently recruiting three individuals who wish to train as accounting technicians. We are looking for individuals who wish to find a long term career with us in the accountancy profession as a proactive Pembrokeshire based firm of Chartered Accountants.

Our Trainee positions are supported by full training and on job support which will be given to develop your skills and abilities for a long-term career within our firm. This support will help you:

• Learn about all aspects of accounting software
• Understand data input and principles of double entry
• Manage all types of financial information
• Help to prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts for sole traders, limited companies and partnerships
• Bookkeeping for clients on various accounting packages
• Preparation of VAT returns for clients
• Using accounting software to provide accurate reporting for clients
• Producing profit and loss accounts and balance sheets
• Preparing basic tax computations and returns e.g. corporation tax, VAT
• Preparing working papers including bank reconciliations, other reconciliations and manual control accounts
• Work as part of a team to provide clients with proactive financial information, interpretation of such data, and solution enablement to allow our clients to grow and succeed in their business objectives
