Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to: Work at the forefront of innovation to explore new and better ways to serve our customers’ needs through our award-winning digital channels Develop a deep understanding of product development, customer journeys, innovation, and our growing digital banking proposition Collaborate, solve challenges, and deliver the best possible experience for colleagues and customers through our unique Customer Goal and Journey model Complete a variety of placements across the other Commercial Banking streams which will allow you to build a breadth of skills and experiences Study towards a professional qualification, with the opportunity to tailor your experience in your second year by choosing what you want to study How you’ll benefit We’ll reward you with a starting salary of £36,000 a year. If you join a team based in London, you’ll be awarded an additional allowance of £3450 a year pro rata. And on top of your salary, you’ll also have access to our flexible benefits package. Entry requirements To be eligible for our Customer Products & Propositions graduate programme, you’ll need: To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree A passion for innovation Good communication skills A strong customer focus To be curious, and willing to approach things from a fresh perspective Ready to apply? Responsibilities

As a graduate trainee, you will analyze customer journeys and innovate business products to enhance the customer experience for Commercial Banking clients. You will also collaborate on challenges and complete various placements across Commercial Banking streams.
