We’re a small but dynamic company (a team of three) looking for a full time Business Trainee to support both our HR and marketing functions. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in all areas of the business, develop new skills, and make a real impact.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who’s keen to learn, adaptable, and ready to get stuck in. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A degree in any subject (2:2 or above)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach – you don’t wait to be told what to do!
• An interest in HR, marketing, or both

This role is varied and fast-moving – no two days will be the same! You’ll be involved in:
✅ HR Support – Assisting with HR admin and employment law advice at all levels
✅ Marketing & Branding – Helping with social media, content creation, and marketing campaigns
✅ Business Operations – Supporting key projects
✅ Taking Ownership – If you show aptitude, you’ll have the chance to take on significant responsibility
