Undergo a 1-year program with rotations in different areas: Sales: Generate leads, prepare pitches, and support the sales team to drive business growth. Marketing: Focus in Digital Marketing, clients behavior research and analyze campaign performance. Event Operations: Work on logistics planning, on-site deployment, and event management. Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in event management, business administration, marketing, or a related field. Passionate about the events industry with a strong desire to build a career in event management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
