ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT The Operations team supports core finance and operational processes that enable accurate reporting, strong controls, and smooth day‑to‑day business execution. The team works closely with global stakeholders across accounting, reporting, and operations to ensure timely and reliable outcomes. This role offers a strong foundation in finance operations, hands‑on learning, and exposure to real‑world business processes in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment, making it an ideal starting point for early‑career finance professionals. HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE You will support core accounting and finance operations activities. You will perform reconciliations and validate financial data. You will assist with periodic reporting and operational controls. You will support documentation and execution of standard processes. You will analyze data to identify breaks, issues, or inconsistencies. You will follow defined controls and compliance requirements. You will collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly deadlines. You will continuously learn processes and improve operational accuracy. WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE Experience • Articleship experience is mandatory. • Exposure to accounting or finance operations preferred. Education & Certifications • CA Inter qualified (both groups). • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree. Technical Skills • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial processes. • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
