Graduate Trainee Programme HKMU is looking for enthusiastic young graduates of the University to commence their careers in a supportive environment. This opportunity is specifically tailored to nurture a maximum of 20 HKMU’s graduates annually to contribute to their alma mater. It offers a unique chance for talented individuals to embark on a journey of professional growth and development in a higher education setting. Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointees will be offered training and assigned to one of the following Schools/Offices: School of Arts & Social Sciences Lee Shau Kee School of Business & Administration School of Education and Languages School of Nursing & Health Studies Li Ka Shing School of Professional & Continuing Education School of Open Learning Development and Alumni Affairs Office Finance Office Human Resources Office Library Mainland and International Affairs Office Office of Research Affairs and Knowledge Transfer Public Affairs Office Registry Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: HKMU undergraduates expected to be graduated in 2026 / Bachelor’s degree graduates from HKMU within two years; Good communication skills in both English and Chinese; Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a good team player; and Proficiency in computer applications.
