The opportunity
We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee – QHSE to join our team to support our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical, fast-paced manufacturing setting while gaining experience across compliance, auditing, and continuous improvement.
What will I do?

As part of the QHSE team, you’ll play a key role in upholding our high standards and driving improvement across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation and ongoing management of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 17025 systems
  • Assisting with internal audits and compliance checks
  • Supporting health and safety initiatives, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Monitoring environmental performance and supporting sustainability projects
  • Helping to maintain accurate QHSE records and documentation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met
  • Staying up to date with relevant legislation and industry best practice

What skills and qualifications do I need?

You will have:

  • A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Environmental Science, Health & Safety, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline)
  • A strong interest in QHSE and a desire to build a career in this field
  • An organised and methodical approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels
  • An eagerness to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately
  • The ability to work under pressure within often challenging schedules
