Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to: Participate in four distinct rotations across RBS International in Jersey Learn from industry experts and immediately apply your learnings Build a truly holistic view of RBS International Explore cutting edge tools and technology to tackle financial crime and fraud Implement new digital tools and processes to improve our customer journeys Gain unique experiences through rotating in our Institutional Banking business Discover how global regulations impact the work we do What’s in it for you? Entry requirements To be eligible for our RBS International graduate programme, you’ll need: To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree A growth mindset and passion for learning To enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team A customer-first approach To be a keen problem solver Attention to detail A genuine desire to help us become a relationship bank for a digital world Ready to apply?
