GRADUATE / TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT: REQUIREMENTS

  • Impeccable academics; degree from a top university
  • Excellent A Levels/IB
  • Experience working in a professional/corporate environment through internships, placements & work experience (preferred not essential)
  • An innate hunger for success (ideally demonstrated in extra-curriculum activities such as sports)
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Conducting thorough research to find potential candidates and interviewing to assess suitability
  • Identifying top performers and talent pools in the industry
  • Forging relationships with clientele and regularly consulting high calibre professionals, to ensure their recruitment needs are met
  • Mapping the market landscape and analysing competitors
  • Generating new business through business development
  • Sourcing candidates through proactive headhunting and networking
  • Candidate engagement; communicating and interviewing candidates to establish position suitability
