Description

ARE YOU DRIVEN, DISCIPLINED, AND READY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

If you’re fuelled by routine, focused on results, and driven by purpose — this could be the career path you’ve been waiting for.
At Milk Education, we’re shaping futures. We partner with schools and communities across the UK to drive meaningful social change through education. As a purpose-driven recruitment agency, our work goes far beyond placements — it’s about impact.
We’re looking for people who show up, work hard, and genuinely care. If you’ve developed discipline through sport, excelled in high-performance industries like luxury retail, or simply refuse to cut corners — we see you.
This is your chance to build a rewarding career while helping shape the next generation.
What the role involves:
You’ll begin by learning the foundations of education recruitment — supporting experienced consultants with candidate sourcing, understanding school needs, and building meaningful relationships. As your skills grow, you’ll take ownership of your own desk and become a trusted partner to both schools and educators.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Are self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong personal routine
  • Have experience in sport, luxury retail, education, or other high-performance settings
  • Take pride in delivering an exceptional experience — even under pressure
  • Are goal-driven and thrive in structured, results-oriented environments
  • Want to be part of something bigger — contributing to others’ success while building your own

What we offer:

  • £28,000 starting salary with high on-target earnings through monthly commission
  • Comprehensive training and a clear progression pathway
  • Hybrid working options after probation
  • Wellness benefits: Private online GP, mental health support, critical illness cover
  • Free financial and mortgage consultations
  • Regular team socials, incentives, and a culture built on care and trust
  • Office dogs and an in-house bar for Friday wind-downs

A day in the life (once you’re up and running):

  • Calling schools to understand their challenges and recruitment needs
  • Sourcing, screening, and preparing candidates for meaningful roles
  • Using our CRM and tech tools to track your pipeline and performance
  • Contributing to team strategy and celebrating shared wins
  • Growing a desk you’ll be proud to call your own
