Our world-class graduate programme As a graduate trainee in Coutts Relationship Management, we’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact throughout your career. Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to: Achieve your own track record of success by undertaking various placements across the teams that support our relationship managers and specifically within our relationship management teams Quickly develop your relationship management expertise and commercial awareness Work alongside Relationship Managers and Specialist Advisers to see how they work together to provide world class client experiences Master a deep understanding of our services and specialist product knowledge Learn how to deliver relationship support and advice to support the diverse needs of our high-net-worth clients Learn how to identify business development opportunities and digital solutions Study for qualifications relevant to the jobs you’ll potentially roll off into including a CeMAP, IAD, and PCIAM How you’ll benefit We’ll reward you with a starting salary of £36,000 a year. If you join a team based in London, you’ll be awarded an additional allowance of £3,450 a year pro rata. And on top of your salary, you’ll also have access to our flexible benefits package. Entry requirements To be eligible for our Coutts Relationship Management graduate programme, you’ll need: To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree A strong customer focus To be change ready and quick to adapt A growth mindset and passion for learning To enjoy collaborating and working as a team Good problem-solving skills Ready to apply?
