WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR – GRADUATE UNQUALIFIED ECONOMICS TEACHER

We seek a motivated graduate with a strong academic background and enthusiasm for teaching Economics. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A 2:1 degree or higher in Economics or a closely related discipline (e.g., Business Studies, Finance, Economics and Finance).
  • A keen interest in pursuing a career in secondary education.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude.
  • The ability to motivate and support students with diverse learning needs.
  • Experience working with young people through tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering is advantageous but not essential.
  • Commitment to full-time employment from September 2025 through to July 2026.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE – GRADUATE UNQUALIFIED ECONOMICS TUTOR

  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of high-quality Economics lessons tailored to secondary pupils.
  • Supporting students through targeted small group and one-to-one interventions.
  • Helping pupils develop critical thinking, data analysis, and economic literacy skills.
  • Collaborating closely with subject teachers to monitor progress and address learning gaps.
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Building strong relationships with students and inspiring a passion for Economics.
