This role is in the DroneShield Sydney headquarters in Sydney CBD. There are approximately 320 staff based in the 4,000sqm facility today, scheduled to grow to approximately 400 staff by end of 2025. Overseas on the ground presence includes USA, Denmark, Mexico, and UAE, as well as distributors in over 70 countries globally.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The company is seeking a Graduate V&V Engineer with relevant experience to join the team. We are looking for a highly motivated graduate engineer to join our team in a hybrid role that bridges Jama administration and V&V engineering.
In the first phase of your role, you will be focused on enhancing and maintaining our Jama documentation and requirements workflows, including HTML/CSS-based template customization for exports and building a standards-based library of reusable components. Over time, this focus will decrease as you transition into more technical V&V responsibilities, such as software and hardware testing, test automation, and systems validation.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a multi-disciplinary role across requirements management, documentation tooling, and V&V practices.
