Job Description We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Valuer or recently Registered Valuer to join our Auckland CBD Valuation & Advisory Services team. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced valuers to support the delivery of high‑quality, accurate, and timely valuation and consultancy advice. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to market research, property inspections, data analysis, and report preparation, while developing strong client‑facing and commercial skills. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about property, keen to grow their expertise, and excited to build a long‑term valuation career within a supportive and industry‑leading team. Key Responsibilities Assist in assessing current market values across a wide range of property types. Extract and analyse comparable sales evidence to support valuation conclusions. Contribute to the preparation of valuation reports, client information, and documentation for billing and invoicing. Support valuers with market insights, client instructions, and high‑quality service delivery. Attend industry events and client functions to build market knowledge and professional networks. Update internal databases to ensure accurate and timely property information is maintained. Stay informed on market trends, economic conditions, and legislative changes, sharing insights with the team. Assist with implementing national procedures, systems, and initiatives that drive team efficiency and consistency. Participate in team meetings, workshops, and engagement activities to support a high‑performing and collaborative culture. Qualifications The value you’ll add Property related tertiary qualification or equivalent experience/education Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and contribute to sound business decisions. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Willingness to learn and develop market knowledge across the property sector. Strong attention to detail, time‑management skills, and the ability to prioritise work effectively. Computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel and Word; exposure to valuation software is an advantage. Proactive, self‑motivated attitude with the desire to contribute to team success. Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high‑quality outputs.
