Description We are seeking a full-time Grain Elevator Operator. In this role, you will focus on barge loading, truck unloading, grain handling, plant cleaning, maintenance, and operating the plant's computer system. You will also grade grain and sample trucks. Requirements To succeed in this position, you need excellent customer service skills and a focus on safety. You need to communicate clearly, work well in a team, and have a good work ethic. Computer skills are necessary, as you will be cross trained to use a computer system to load barges and unload trucks. Experience in agriculture and knowledge of grain operations and maintenance are helpful but not required. The starting pay range is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
