Description Grain Production Operator ALCIVIA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grain Production Operator to join our team at the Fall River Grain facility. This vital role supports the efficient management of grain operations, ensuring the safe handling, storage, and inventory control of products. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound grain shipments, ensuring accurate measurement and documentation - Maintain optimal grain conditions through proper handling and storage practices - Monitor and record grain inventory levels with precision - Handle bulk and packaged fertilizer and chemical products safely and efficiently - Oversee agronomy inventory, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishments - Uphold a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols - Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure operational efficiency - Assist with other duties related to grain and agronomy operations as needed Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in grain handling, agriculture, or related operations preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurement and record-keeping - Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively - Knowledge of safety procedures related to handling chemicals and agricultural products - Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform manual tasks - Willingness and ability to climb 30-foot bins, railcars, and 100-foot grain legs - Capacity to lift a minimum of 50 pounds - Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus - Commitment to maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible work environment Benefits: Full-time benefit eligibility begins the 1st of the month following date of hire. · Medical Insurance, Health Savings Account (with Employer contributions), Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Critical Illness Insurance, Group Accident Insurance, Group Hospital Insurance, Legal Shield, and ID Shield. · 401K company match up to 6% and 100% vested day one. · Paid Parental Leave. · Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and Paid Volunteer Time Off. · 100% Company-Paid Benefits: Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life and AD&D Insurance, Employee Assistance Program. · Company-Paid Training and Development Opportunities: Tuition Reimbursement, Certifications & Licenses, and more. · Company Clothing Annual Allowance.
