GRAIN SERVICES COORDINATOR

Join the Dixon Grain team as a Grain Services Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in managing delivery programs. You’ll work closely with oilseed producers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure contract compliance, efficient logistics, accurate and timely settlements and exceptional customer service.

• Communicate program details and issue contracts to producers.
• Monitor contract compliance and report issues.
• Offer commercial support by producing accurate customer settlements and record keeping
• Coordinate timely and cost-effective delivery of oilseeds.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver outstanding service to producers and represent the company professionally.
