Job Details Job Location: Sedan - 205 - Edgar, NE 68935 PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Under the direction of the Location Manager, is responsible for operations and safety policies. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Organize, schedule, and communicate operations and grain movements. Perform facility operations, maintenance, repair, and housekeeping. Maintain record keeping for housekeeping and equipment maintenance using Limble program. Responsible for weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts. Responsible for rail operations if present at facility. Help with rail operations at other facilities when needed. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Ability to work extended seasonal hours including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours (shuttle trains) when necessary. Ability to work with other departments and locations as needed. Ability to obtain a CDL with endorsements. REQUIREMENTS Ability to operate a skid steer, wheel loader, and rail car mover. Ability to move or lift items weighing 50 pounds Any other tasks, within safety policies, necessary to ensure operational duties of Aurora COOP are met to a satisfactory standard. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School diploma 2 years of relevant experience preferred but not required FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES Demonstrates team work, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. Listens at appropriate times and takes constructive feedback well. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other employees. Shares earned trust with others.
