Why This Role Exists Frontier Psychiatry is expanding access to behavioral health care across rural communities through a combination of clinical services and federally funded grant programs. Programs like MappNet, PRISM, and Beyond The Weather support primary care clinicians in treating youth and perinatal patients with behavioral health needs—extending psychiatric expertise into communities that need it most. This role exists to serve as the operational backbone of these programs—ensuring they run smoothly, meet all requirements, and continue delivering meaningful impact. This is also a long-term growth opportunity. As grant programs evolve over the next few years, this role is designed to transition into a Business Development position, supporting Frontier’s broader growth strategy. What You’ll Do Grant Program Coordination (≈60%) Coordinate day-to-day operations for MappNet, PRISM, and Beyond The Weather programs Prepare for and attend required partner meetings with organizations such as Health Resources and Services Administration and University of Montana Manage follow-up actions, documentation, and reporting requirements Ensure all contractual obligations, deadlines, and compliance standards are met Track budgets, process invoices, and submit financial reports to funding agencies Maintain accurate program data across systems and databases Research and identify resources or best practices from other states to enhance program delivery Webinars, Events & Program Execution (≈25%) Coordinate and execute webinars, office hours, and educational sessions Manage logistics including scheduling, Zoom setup, registration, and communications Plan and support conference sponsorships, materials, and event presence Coordinate with internal teams on marketing and promotional materials Manage swag, vendors, and event-related resources Support ongoing curriculum and program improvements Outreach & Relationship Building (≈15%) Conduct in-person outreach to clinics, providers and associations across Montana Attend conferences and other marketing events as necessary Build relationships with community partners and healthcare organizations Identify opportunities for sponsorships, partnerships, and visibility Support outreach campaigns and engagement strategies Test and implement new ideas to increase program participation and impact What Success Looks Like In this role, success means: Grant programs run smoothly, on time, and fully compliant Strong relationships with partners, providers, and community organizations High participation in webinars, events, and program offerings Accurate reporting, organized systems, and zero missed deadlines Clear contributions to long-term growth and transition into Business Development Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public health, project management, or a related field Experience in program coordination, project management, grant work, or marketing preferred Familiarity with grant budgeting, reporting, and compliance is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly What We Offer We believe expanding access to mental health care requires investing in the people who build those connections. 100% remote work 120 hours of paid vacation 40 hours of sick time Your birthday off with pay 9.5 paid holidays 401(k) with company match 100% employer-paid employee-only premiums for medical, dental, vision, and accidental insurance HSA plan option Stock options Company-provided equipment Our Commitment Frontier Psychiatry is committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and ethical team.
