As a Grants Processing Officer, you will be an integral part of the team, helping Queenslanders who have been impacted by disasters access financial assistance through grant programs. Your role will focus on ensuring smooth and efficient processing of grant applications, maintaining data integrity, and delivering exceptional customer service to applicants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Grant Application Processing: Verify and process grant applications in line with current procedures to ensure timely and accurate assistance to applicants.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Safeguard the accuracy and confidentiality of applicant records, ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection policies.
  • Enquiry Resolution: Respond to enquiries with clear, concise, and empathetic communication, guiding applicants through the process.
