We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Grants Officer for a centrally based Oxford University Department. The position is set to commence as soon as possible and will be part-time-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks.

Duties:

  • Be responsible for grant applications (preparing costings, advising PIs re: funders, etc.)
  • Be responsible for funding awards (successful applications) , i.e., set-up and post-award financial and contractual management of projects/awards.
  • Be responsible for the financial management of the project ledger, and for General Ledger overhead forecasting and budgeting .
