JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graph Database Architect with 3–6 years of experience in graph database technologies and advanced data modeling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Gremlin, Cypher, or SPARQL query languages, deep knowledge of graph algorithms, and proficiency in Azure cloud services. This role requires both technical leadership and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, graph-driven solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–6 years of experience with graph databases (Cosmos DB Gremlin, Neo4j, TigerGraph, Amazon Neptune).
• Proficiency in Gremlin, Cypher, or SPARQL query languages.
• Strong knowledge of graph data modeling principles and database design.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services (Data Factory, Blob Storage, Functions, Key Vault).
• Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or .NET.
• Strong understanding of graph algorithms and their applications in real-world use cases.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience designing enterprise-scale data solutions or cloud-native architectures.
• Background in data engineering, big data platforms, or advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD for data solutions.

• Architect, design, and optimize graph database solutions using platforms such as Azure Cosmos DB (Gremlin), Neo4j, TigerGraph, or Amazon Neptune.
• Define and implement graph data models for property graphs and semantic triple stores (RDF).
• Write, optimize, and maintain queries using Gremlin, Cypher, or SPARQL.
• Develop and manage data pipelines leveraging Azure Data Factory, Blob Storage, Functions, and Key Vault.
• Apply graph algorithms (e.g., PageRank, centrality, community detection) to derive actionable insights from connected data.
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to design scalable, graph-based applications.
• Utilize programming/scripting expertise in Python, Java, or .NET for automation, integration, and custom solution development.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in performance, scalability, and security across graph-based solutions.
