JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative, and detail-oriented Graphic & Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess a strong understanding of design principles, trends, and various design software. We are looking for someone with a solid design sensibility who creates visually compelling work and grasps the strategic purpose behind each design—particularly in the context of e-commerce websites and email marketing.
As a member of the design team, you’ll be responsible for various projects and client deliverables, including but not limited to: email campaigns, email automations, web banners, website designs, and other design projects. This role collaborates closely with the Creative Director and is supported by the broader design and development teams to ensure smooth execution of project-based and daily tasks. We promise we will never ask you to “make it pop”, “spin it up” or “make the logo bigger”, but we cannot promise that our clients never will!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly skilled in design software: Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
  • Experience with web design principles and familiarity with UX/UI best practices.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of design solutions.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with clients.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and manage your workload effectively with minimal oversight.
  • A clean background check is required for this position.

BONUS SKILLS

  • Experience using email marketing platforms
  • Experience designing for e-commerce / direct-to-consumer brands
  • Familiarity with web accessibility and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance guidelines
  • Print design & print production
  • Knowledge of the firearms and outdoors industries

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or equivalent work experience in a related field
