QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Further education qualification (up to degree level) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
· At least 2–3 years of professional experience in design roles with a comprehensive portfolio of work.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
· Demonstrated experience in video editing and photography.
· Strong understanding of design principles, typography and colour theory.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· A valid and clean UK driving licence.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

· Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
· Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing platforms and Wordpress.
· Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
· Understanding of the property industry and professional services environments is a plus.

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with experience in producing compelling content for both digital and print media. Additionally, skills in video production and photography are essential to effectively communicate our brand across various platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Design & Branding: Develop and maintain visual assets that align with PLG’s brand identity across all channels.
· Print & Digital Media: Create brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates and website pages, banners and visuals.
· Video Production: Plan, shoot and edit engaging videos for promotional campaigns and internal communications, usually on client sites and at exhibitions around the UK.
· Photography: Capture high-quality images for use in marketing materials and digital platforms, again on client sites and at exhibitions around the UK.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that meet strategic objectives.
· Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring easy access and consistency across the brand portfolio. Maintain and implement a watermarking solution for all imagery.
