About the role We’re looking for a Graphic Artist to join our Creative Services team at Coles. This is a production-focused role, suited to someone with strong finished art capability who enjoys delivering high-volume digital and print assets in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is a great opportunity to build your capability across multiple marketing channels, working within a dynamic resourcing model where you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of work. What you will do In this role, you’ll take approved creative and produce accurate, high-quality outputs across digital and print channels, ensuring all assets meet brand and technical standards. You will also: • Deliver finished art across a range of digital and print formats • Prepare files for production in line with specifications and deadlines • Manage multiple jobs simultaneously in a high-volume workflow • Adapt outputs across different formats and channels as required • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver final assets • Review and refine work based on feedback About you and your skills You’ll bring around 2–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced agency or in-house studio environment, with a strong focus on finished art and production. Experience working with retail clients, or within a retailer or FMCG environment, will be highly regarded. You’re confident working across digital and print, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. You will also have: • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop • Intermediate skills in Figma and Adobe After Effects • Strong typography, layout and visual communication skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines • A collaborative approach with clear communication skills • A positive and open mindset toward new technologies, including AI #LI-MAR What’s in it for you?
