The Reflex 2000 Inc and The Apparel Guys team is looking to onboard one or two qualified graphic artists to join our team, you are responsible and not limited to the following tasks;
-Apparel Design and mockups
- Order processing with dynamic file types
- Working with PAD designed templates
- vector creation and conversion
- Garment tech-pack creation
- Color separation for screen printing
You will be responsible for participating in a dynamic workflow between the art department team and account managers working with multiple private label projects.
We specialize in helping fashion designers, brands, School/Collegiate and e-commerce business excel in producing and fulfilling garment and decorated products.
You must be astute, detail oriented, and creative looking for a stimulating in-house environment to help define and grow the manufacturing landscape here in Canada!

• Tech Pack preparation, Research trends, colors and fabrications
• Dye sublimation, Digital Transfer manufacturing, and PAD Marker file exports ( Preparing files and handling wide format print media)
• Handling Cores, and media setup in production environment
• Create & Manage Tech Packs and Work sheets in congruence with newly generated orders
• Helping streamline system management with e-commerce
• Market research & Shopping competitors
• Work with Production and Fit Technicians to manage and organize prototype samples and/or production
• Communicate with all departments ( Embroidery, Screen Printing, DTG, Sublimation, Cut & Sew, Accounts)
• Prepare Sales Meeting decks to present New Collections or existing sku’s
• Aiding in the development for clients e-commerce websites of our in-house back end
