• Visual leadership and continuous development of our brand
• Conception and design of all print and offline materials as well as visual content for internal communication
• Development, maintenance and refinement of corporate design, design systems and design guidelines
• Design and further development of our website (layouts, UI/UX, visual concepts) in close coordination with technical interfaces
• Contributing technical understanding to the implementation of digital designs (e.g., web structures, formats, performance aspects)
• Design of print materials, presentations and internal communication materials
• Planning and execution of video shoots and photo shoots including post-production
• Evaluation and use of new tools and technologies for the further development of design processes
• Contact person for all design-related questions in marketing as well as for related specialist areas
• Close collaboration with internal departments and stakeholders to implement holistic campaigns and content projects.

Your profile

• Completed studies or training in the field of graphic, communication or media design
• Several years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of brand management, visual identities, and consistent brand image.
• Experience in website design as well as a good sense for usability and user experience
• Basic technical understanding of digital applications and web implementations
• Experience in developing and maintaining corporate designs
• Extensive experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud and modern AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Creative, conceptual thinking and a joy in trying out new approaches
• Experience in the implementation of moving image and visual formats is an advantage.
• Excellent language skills and confident communication in German and English
