Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role! Core Responsibilities Ensure accurate labeling of all packaging and building instructions in line with EU, APAC & US regulations and LEGO guidelines Collaborate with our translation agency to provide translations of legal and marketing texts on graphic materials Accountable for proofreading packaging, building instructions, and other graphic materials Collect and prepare all relevant product and compliance information into briefings using master data from SAP, Product Safety Handbook, Corporate Quality, Corporate Legal Affairs, and Marketing Secure and coordinate vital legal information flow between relevant partners Support partners by providing insight throughout the artwork development process Continuously optimize our processes, secure cross-functional collaboration, and ensure future business needs are communicated to relevant development areas accordingly Handle strategic partner management with a broad range of sourced tasks Play your part in our team succeeding Graphic Compliance Specialists support the LEGO Group by securing compliance and correct marking of all packaging and building instructions. This is done according to EU, APAC and US regulations as well as LEGO® Guidelines. As a team, we support the entire product development process by partnering with several other internal departments from development through to execution, with specialist knowledge and process optimization. You will get to think both creatively and logically, as you help us on our mission to inspire the builders of tomorrow. Ability to read and understand sophisticated briefs and Legal guidelines Expert analytic skills and the ability to translate those into practical executions Strong collaboration and partner-management skills Skilled at managing multiple tasks concurrently with efficiency and precision Proactive and open-minded Methodical and structured Curious and willing to learn Likes to work in a team and learn from others as well as share own competencies and skills Fluent English skills, both verbal and written Nice to have Experience with Microsoft office Basic Adobe knowledge (Illustrator & InDesign) Change-ready mentality BA or MA degree Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
