This is a remote position. This role blends creative design, digital marketing, and social media management to help us grow our brand and engage with our community. The ideal candidate will bring both artistic skill and marketing strategy, working 25 hours per week to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design: Create engaging and professional designs for print and digital campaigns, maintaining consistent brand identity. Social Media Management: Plan, design, and schedule posts across platforms. Create reels and short-form videos that spark excitement and drive engagement. Advertising Campaigns: Develop and manage targeted Facebook Ads and Google Ads, including design, setup, tracking, and performance optimization. Brand Strategy: Ensure all designs and marketing efforts align with brand standards while offering creative, fresh, and innovative approaches. Collaboration: Partner with leadership and team members to align campaigns with overall business goals. Efficiency & Reliability: Balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently high-quality work. Adaptability: Take feedback constructively and apply it to future projects for continual improvement. Innovation: Bring new marketing ideas, strategies, and creative campaigns to the table. Requirements Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS) Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar). Experience running and managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Skilled in creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.). Excellent communication skills and availability during scheduled work hours. Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a team environment. Reliable, responsible, and highly organized.
