AAM is looking for a Graphic Design College Co-Op with a diverse set of skills and experience in branding, marketing, and digital design. Essentially, the marketing team at AAM is the “agency” for our internal customers—we serve them.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Understanding of the fundamentals of design in print and digital executions
• “Maker” mindset with excellent ability to conceptualize design approaches.
• Team-oriented approach beyond the boundaries of design, from project kickoff to completion.
• Asset management skills and understanding placing and linking files and photos into InDesign master files.
• Coordination of digital marketing collateral - including photography, videos, and wither design projects - to promote AAM and its products, technology leadership, quality, and operational excellence.
• Editing existing content pieces for AAM’s products, processes, and systems worldwide.
• Video editing in Adobe Premier Pro, including manipulating/editing film pieces in a way that is invisible to the viewer (Music, dialogues, graphics, special effects).
• All other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degrees in Graphic Design or Communication Design full time, with a graduation date of May 2027 or later
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Available to work year-round at a minimum of 25 hours each week
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
