Workplace by Direct is seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Design & General Marketing Associate to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. This role is central to developing high-impact visuals, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and an organized doer—ready to design, collaborate, and contribute to initiatives that elevate our brand presence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in graphic design for both print and digital platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of branding principles and marketing strategy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Design digital and print marketing materials (ads, brochures, social media graphics, email headers, infographics, etc.).
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content and platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to meet creative needs.
• Design campaign and event materials, landing pages, and presentations.
• Create templates and graphics for social media; support content calendar execution.
• Assist with light copywriting, scheduling, and posting when needed.
• Manage and organize asset libraries and design files.
• Support marketing analytics reporting and performance tracking.
• Respond to internal design and marketing requests in a timely manner.
