We are currently seeking a reliable, friendly, and passionate Part-Time Graphic Design Instructor. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled graphic designer who enjoys sharing their knowledge and shaping the next generation of creative professionals.
Our Online-Graphic Design Curriculum is already in place. We’re looking for someone who can bring it to life, inspire students, and prepare them for real-world success in the design industry.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design (or related field) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the design industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support student success.
• Comfortable receiving and integrating feedback to improve design outcomes and teaching methods.
• Previous teaching or training experience.
• Credential in adult education or in progress from an accredited post-secondary institution.
• Experience teaching or working with the following tools and subjects:
• Adobe XD, Animate, Dreamweaver
• Business of Graphic Design
• Capstone Projects & Portfolio Development
• Graphic Design Foundations & Marketing
• Graphic Design and the Web
• Business Communications
  Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: From $24.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 20 per week

YOUR ROLE:

As a Graphic Design Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering quality instruction and supporting student success, while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. You will guide students through both foundational and advanced design topics using industry-standard tools and real-world practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver engaging online-instruction that aligns with program objectives and curriculum guidelines.
• Evaluate student work fairly and consistently, offering constructive feedback.
• Support students in building strong portfolios and developing career-ready skills.
• Contribute to curriculum improvement and instructional materials, as needed.
• Participate in college activities and foster a collaborative classroom culture.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and uphold Windsor Career College’s values.
