The Role We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand design, digital content creation, and visual storytelling across multiple platforms. The Graphic Design Intern will report to the Graphic Design and Creative Services Manager and collaborate closely with the marketing and project management teams to support a wide range of creative initiatives that bring our brand to life. Things you’ll do to rock this role: Graphic Design & Creative Development: Assist in designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations and event collateral. Support the development of visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Prepare and edit images for both digital and print use. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for campaigns and projects. Contribute to the organization and maintenance of a digital asset library, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility. Assist with file preparation, proofing and project organization. Participate in team meetings and creative reviews to learn and provide input on ongoing projects. Website & Digital Support: Design and update website graphics, banners, and promotional imagery. Collaborate with web and content teams to ensure cohesive visuals across platforms. Qualifications That Move Us! Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom) or comparable design tools; familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus. Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout best practices. Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and consistency. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to feedback. Collaborative team player who can take direction and contribute ideas. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (e.g., social media, email design, or web graphics) is a plus.
