JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Design Marketing Associate to support our marketing team by creating engaging, on-brand visual content across digital, print, and event platforms. This role combines graphic design expertise with marketing execution, ensuring that all creative materials effectively communicate our brand identity, drive market awareness, and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, hands-on marketing experience, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• Graphic design: 3 years (required)
• Marketing: 1 year (preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and/or marketing (experience in automotive, powersports, or consumer goods is an asset).
• Strong proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; plus Canva or similar tools).
• Experience with photography, video editing, and motion graphics is an asset.
• Understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content optimization.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver polished, brand-consistent designs.
• Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to support events and business needs.
• Passion for the powersports or automotive industry is a strong plus.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team-first mindset with excellent collaboration.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
