WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Private Practice Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of our creative and marketing efforts, delivering high impact results across multiple small businesses. Your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Website Creation & Optimization: Design, build, and maintain engaging websites using WordPress + Elementor for multiple small businesses, ensuring seamless user experience.
• Graphic Design: Create eye-catching flyers, website assets, social media graphics, and more using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
• Marketing Asset Development: Build and execute all marketing materials for conferences, campaigns, and promotions, from concept to completion.
• Email Marketing & Funnels: Optimize email campaigns, newsletters, and client content using Constant Contact to drive engagement and conversions.
• SEO Optimization: Boost online visibility through strategic SEO practices to ensure our brands stand out.
• Multi-Company Management: Juggle design and marketing needs for various companies with precision and creativity.

This is a Marketing Department of One role, where you’ll have the freedom to innovate, strategize, and execute with full ownership of your projects.

ROLE DETAILS:

• Schedule: 20-30 hours per week based on projects and requires employee to work at minimum Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. till 1 p.m. in connection to core business hours.
• Location: Remote employment available but prefer someone who resides in Tampa Bay, Florida
• Compensation: W2 employment role - $25 to $40 per hour based on relevant expertise, experience, and results. Please be advised that the role will begin with a 45-day trial period and based on performance may transition into a permanent role. This role does not have benefits.
