Job Title: Graphic Design Sales Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Westchester, NY (Hybrid – Must be local or willing to commute)

JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Design Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role that combines creative work with sales coordination. You’ll support day-to-day sales activities, manage client communications, and assist in producing visual assets that help us win deals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and design skills
• Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma)
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Able to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Comfortable communicating with clients
• Bonus: Experience in marketing, real estate, or creative industries

• Follow up with warm leads and referrals via email and phone
• Coordinate and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Create visual mockups and marketing assets using Canva, Figma, or Adobe
• Track sales activity in our CRM and keep projects organized
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
• Join client meetings and help manage follow-through
• Help manage inbound interest and surface new opportunities
