Graphic Designer Job Description

We have developed a permanent and portable fencing solution process for our customers. Seven Peaks provides products to the Southwestern United States and is expanding nationally.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to create a wide variety of marketing graphics to support our campaigns, product promotions, and brand storytelling. This role involves designing for social media, advertising, email, print materials, and our website. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team while also thriving independently.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in Canva (required) and Adobe Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (preferred).
• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography.
• Ability to follow and maintain established brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with preparing print-ready and digital-optimized files.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated and disciplined—able to work efficiently in a remote environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED)

• Copywriting and content creation experience.
• Experience in agricultural, livestock, or equine-related industries.
• Photography and/or video editing skills.

• Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design compelling Facebook ad creatives that align with campaign goals.
• Develop product flyers, brochures, and assist with catalog updates.
• Produce graphics to support marketing emails, blog posts, and website updates (including PDP and collection pages).
• Prepare graphics for both digital and print use, ensuring high quality and proper formatting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and evolve brand guidelines.
• Occasionally update and manage content on main website pages.
• Work with the marketing team to meet deadlines and deliver consistent, high-quality designs.
